  1. We strive to the best of ability to deliver orders timely, however due to Coronavirus Pandemic, some order s may be delayed due to governmental lockdowns and logistical challenges globally.

  3. We are taking all kinds of precautions against the pandemic Corona (or Covid 19). We also expect our responsible customers will understand the gravity of the situation and hence we request you to please support us during this uncertain fighting times for the humanity.
  4. Due to Covid 19 pandemic sweets supply is low, hence this year we shall dispatch Haldiram or Bhikaram Chandmal Sweets and Namkeen, as per availability. Both are brands at par. All requisite Safety n Hygiene will be maintained.

  5. The product quality entirely depends upon the brand owners. We try hard to provide the products chosen by our customers that are displayed on our website. So, if you have any problem with the product, you may lodge a complaint about it through us.
  6. We put our best foot forward to deliver items better than what is shown. But sometimes it may happen that the shown arrangement or color is not available in our stock or due to some other cause, which is beyond our control, the product delivered differs a little from the one displayed. It varies depending on our stock. We also possess the right to change the goods of the same or higher value, keeping in mind their quality as we always put our best foot forward to provide our customer with the best quality products.
  7. If the ordered cake flavor, flowers type and other hand delivered gifts are unavailable at the time of delivery in the said city, we shall deliver available best quality flowers, Cakes of equal value that is available. We always keep in mind to deliver products of the same or higher value to our customers in such cases.
  8. Depending on the delivery destination, the delivery schedule may vary from same day delivery to delivery within the next 1 to 3 business days, excluding the date of order. Holidays may extend it further.
  9. In case of any unavoidable circumstances, if the delivery is not made, then we assure our customers a 100% money refund.
  10. If a customer / recipient wants to place a complaint against the quality of the delivered product or a wrong delivery, then he/she is requested to do it within 48 hours providing an image of the delivered product. Basing upon the complaint made, the refund or re-delivery will be made but the entire decision is shouldered by the proprietor of the website.
  11. Except the claim of 100% refund for the payment given, any other claim is objectionable until and unless they are made within the same day of delivery / non-delivery.
  12. We reserve the right to reschedule the delivery to an earlier or later date in case of floods, Heavy Rains/ Bandh / Strike / Lockdown / Covid19 Precautions & Restrictions or any other such reasons beyond our control.
  13. If a customer wants to cancel an order, he/she has to do it at least 24 hours before the shipment or the date of delivery. In such cases, for the purpose of processing of credit card, 7% of the ordered amount will be deducted. For order modification, the customer needs to inform us 1 day in advance of the date of delivery between 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  14. The right to cancel any order is reserved by the owner of the website without showing any specific reason to do so.
  15. All claims are answerable under the authority of local court of Kolkata in India.
  16. Though we make an appointment on the phone number provided on the order details page before delivery but if the recipient or any other representative is absent from the delivery location and the products to be delivered are perishable items, and then the delivery is considered to be done.
  17. We cannot guarantee the exact date and time of delivery of the Gift items like Chocolates, Dry Fruits, Leather Bags and Watches etc. that are generally dispatched through courier service.
  18. The cost of the products subjected to MRP restrictions are sold on our website after incorporating the charges for our service, delivery and online transaction which are not shown separately due to technical restrictions. We hope it to be understood.
  19. The bakeries make ready fresh Cakes by 10.30 A.M. Thus it is possible for us to deliver cakes only after that time. Under some circumstances, if our customers request us to store the cake and deliver it in the next morning, we can do it but it is advised not to do so.
  20. Guarantee of delivery is made by us but we do not guarantee you of a specified time. We try our best to match our delivery with your preferred time but cannot assure you of exact timing. Generally we process our orders overlooking the time specified by customers. Some Gift items like Leather Bags, Toys, Watches, Apparels etc are essentially delivered through courier and are dispatched from our end well in time. We are responsible for delay in dispatch from our warehouse and will not be responsible for delay at the logistic partners end.
  21. We provide FREE delivery within the cities. An extra cost of $1 to $3 is charged for delivering perishable products out of city limits or to villages. For such locations we do not keep the delivery on hold but make it on time and send you a link for paying this extra charge.
  22. The trademarks / logos displayed on the products sold by our website are the properties of their respective owners or companies. The drinks sold by us such as Wine and Champagne (Sparkling Wine) are Non-Alcoholic.
  23. We consider orders including those for Midnight, placed after 4 P.M. IST to be the orders for the next day though we try our best to deliver that order on the same day. We highly appreciate a phone call from the recipient or customer after such urgent delivery is fulfilled.
  24. Right of Refusal:- IndiaOnlineFlorists.com reserves the authority to refuse the delivery of any order without any prior information to the customers, but in such cases the entire amount will be paid back to them.
  25. In case for a served(processed/delivered) order against which we have not received the money, due to any reason what so ever it is, the Customer & the Recipient shall be equally liable to compensate for the sum due. In case both the Customer & the Recipient refuses to pay us, we shall take appropriate legal steps to realize the sum due. Octroi charges, if any, will be paid by the consignee as it might be applicable in the state of the recipient.
  26. For any international delivery sent through courier, any charges levied by the customs department of recipient's country like Customs Duty, VAT or Octroi; will have to be borne by the Customer/Recipient and we shall not be liable for the same. In case the customer/recipient refuses to pay this amount at the time of clearance/delivery of the parcel, the order will be considered as delivered and will not be liable for any refund.
  27. Cent percent money will be paid back if we are not able to deliver the order. For any other charges such as loss or profits, emotional stress etc. arising because of non-delivery, we shall not be held responsible.
  28. If the customer makes a mistake in giving the complete address or providing wrong information or if the recipient is out of reach, then we would not refund any amount.
  29. POD signed at the reception or by security personnel will be a valid proof of delivery for deliveries made at Hostel, Hotel and Hospital addresses. We always try to get the sign of the mentioned recipient but at these places, due to certain unavoidable and uncontrollable reasons, we cannot guarantee it. If the delivery boy is stopped at the premise gate of any of these locations we try to get in touch with the recipient. If for any reason the phone goes unanswered we consider it as an attempted delivery.
  30. Delivery of Rakhi will be done as early as possible before the chosen date by the customer.
  31. We are despatching all consignements as per your orders & we shall not be responsible for any clearance at respective Countries Customs Counter. It has to be done at you end.
  32. "By accepting our T&C, you also accept to receive all our communication matters, notification, newsletters, promotional matters etc. through various media channels". However, we confirm that we do not give any customer data to any agency outside the group.
